6 Foods to Keep Your Skin Glowing This Summer

 Watermelon. Aug is peak watermelon season, so expect warm, humid days. At 91% water, watermelon hydrates skin well. Vitamin C slows early skin aging, prevents UV damage, and improves acne, and vitamin A promotes healthy skin and hair.
