Strawberry-Peach Chia Seed Smoothie

Ingredients: – 1 cup frozen strawberrie – 1 cup frozen peache – 1 tablespoon chia seed – 1 cup almond milk (or any milk of your choice)

 Add the frozen strawberries, frozen peaches, chia seeds, almond milk, and honey (if using) to a blender.

 If you want your smoothie extra thick and cold, add a handful of ice cubes as well.

1Blend all the ingredients together until smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, you can add more almond milk to reach your desired consistency.
