Fruit and Yogurt Smoothie  

This simple fruit smoothie recipe calls for only three ingredients: yogurt, fruit juice, and frozen fruits.  

Change up your fruit combinations every day for a nutritious breakfast or snack that never gets dull.  

3/4 cup nonfat plain yogurt 1/2 cup 100% pure fruit juice 1 1/2 cups (6 1/2 ounces) frozen fruit, such as blueberries, raspberries, pineapple or peaches


1. Prepare your fruits by washing them thoroughly and cutting them into smaller chunks if needed.


1. In a blender, add the yogurt, fruits, milk, and honey or maple syrup if using. 2. If you want a colder smoothie, add a handful of ice cubes to the blender as well.

1. Blend all the ingredients until smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, you can add more milk to reach your desired consistency.

1. Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more honey or maple syrup.

1. Once blended to your liking, pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately.
